    Description

    Major Responsibilities:

    a) Sourcing

    b) Screening

    c) Arranging Interviews with Line Managers

    d) Coordinating within and outside team regarding feedbacks, referrals etc

    e) Entering and updating all relevant details on SoftApp (ATS)

    f) Doing other relevant tasks as directed from time to time

    Qualification: MBA/MSW/MHRM preferred

    We are looking for fresher candidates who has the zest and zeal to start his carrier with our esteemed organization Candidate should be energetic with great optimism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
    • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
    • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
    • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
    • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
    • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
    • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
    • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
    • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
    • Experience recruiting in the corporate sector may be preferred.
    • Competency in full cycle recruiting may be required.
    • Working knowledge of talent management software and recruitment portals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A professional yet approachable demeanour.
    • The willingness to adapt to changes.
