    Description
    • Monitor live CCTV camera feeds and recorded footage on a continuous basis.
    • Identify unusual, suspicious, or unlawful activities and report them immediately to the security supervisor or management.
    • Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare reports for security-related events.
    • Ensure that all cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly; report technical issues to IT/maintenance.
    • Assist in investigations by retrieving and reviewing CCTV footage when required.
    • Comply with company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.
    • Support emergency response by alerting relevant teams (security, fire safety, management) in case of critical incidents.
    • Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
