Description

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and disassembly of mechanical components, machines, and equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and precision equipment to perform mechanical fitting tasks, such as cutting, drilling, grinding, and shaping metal or other materials.
• Support the inspection and testing of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies to identify defects, malfunctions, or performance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, lubrication, and adjustments on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical problems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to resolve equipment failures or operational disruptions.
• Follow safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards in the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and organization in work areas, tool storage, and equipment maintenance facilities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet production schedules or project deadlines.
• Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and tracking of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for mechanical maintenance activities.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives to enhance technical knowledge, proficiency, and job-related competencies.
