Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Staffigo located in Chennai.

As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions, evaluating candidate qualifications, and conducting interviews to ensure that Staffigo is hiring the best possible talent.

You will also be responsible for developing a network of potential candidates, building relationships with candidates, and communicating with hiring managers on staffing needs.

Qualifications2+ years of experience in recruiting for sales & marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailA proven track record for meeting hiring targets and exceeding recruiting goalsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software is a plusStrong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practicesAn understanding of the labor market and the ability to adapt recruiting efforts to changing demographics
