Roles& Responsibilities

• Developcreative and innovative design concepts layouts and visual assetsfor various projects that might include logos branding materialssocial media graphics website elementsetc.
• Utilize industrystandard graphic designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration fromvarious sources to stay informed about design trends industry bestpractices and competitor analysis.
• Use theappropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving andincorporating feedback from team members to refine and improvedesigns.
• Edit and manipulate video footage tocreate visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and otherSocial media channels.
• Understand the narrativeand objectives of the video content and develop a storytellingapproach through effective sequencing and editingtechniques.
• Edit and mix audio elementsincluding dialogue music and sound effects to ensure highqualityaudio for video projects.
• Work with copywritersand the creative director to produce the finaldesign.
• Handle camera on some occasions andcapture footage as and when required for the videocontent.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts arevisually appealing and onbrand.
• Competitiveanalysis and making sure to create content according to the latestmarket trends.
• Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results asneeded.

SkillsRequired

• Proficiencyin graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoshopIllustrator InDesign) and video editing software such as AdobePremiere Pro Final Cut Pro or other relevanttools.
• Solid understanding of design principlestypography color theory layout composition and video editingtechniques.
• Creative thinking and the abilityto translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engagingvideos.
• Attention to detail and a strong eyefor aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multipletasks related to designing simultaneously and meetdeadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness toincorporate feedback and make revisions asneeded.
• Knowledge of motion graphics visualeffects and audio editing is aplus.
