    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
    • Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
    • Maintaining fixed assets register.
    • Liaising with AR/AP teams on month-end closing activities.
    • Timely and accurate month end closing and monthly reporting.
    • Liaising with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
    • Handle and oversee all travel arrangements
    • Manage relationships with travel agencies
    • Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
    • Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, regulations etc.
    • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
    • Drive continuous improvement of travel programs

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
    • Proven experience as travel executive
    • 2years experience in travel & Tourisms Industry
    • Training in travel and tourism is a plus
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and GDS solutions
    • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
