We are seeking a skilled Trade Support Engineer to join our team, focusing on providing comprehensive technical support for our trading operations in the Asian markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both financial markets and IT support, with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.

As a Trade Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Provide technical support for trading activities in the Asian markets
• Monitor trading systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. Proactively identify and address potential issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, developers, and operations staff, to support trading initiatives and optimize trading workflows.
• Investigate and resolve trading-related issues in a timely manner, working closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Note: This position follows a designated work shift starting from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job location: Gurgaon | Shift type: Full-time, onsite

Requirements :

• Possess a degree in a highly analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 1-4 years of experience in Python, Shell/Bash scripting.
• Experience of Linux and shell command-line tools
• Basic programming and scripting (Python/Shell) skills
• Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a strong work ethics
