    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing documents & calendar management.
    • Assist with marketing activities such as social media management, content, podcast and email marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
    • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events, and other promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and achieve goals effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a background in marketing.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools, Canva
