- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing documents & calendar management.
- Assist with marketing activities such as social media management, content, podcast and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and achieve goals effectively.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a background in marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools, Canva
