- Responsible for New Product Services and Solution development.
- Will be working on new business development opportunities from a marketing perspective.
- Oversee preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.
- Supervise compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
- Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
- Oversee planning, organization and coordination of assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Qualification: Bachelors' degree in veterinary science (Animal Husbandry)
- Must have 8 years of product management exposure
- Should have handson experience of marketing and launching Dairy and Pet products
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in the commercial team and coordinating with multiple teams
- MBA is an added advantage
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Strong project management experience

Strategic Marketing and Technology Manager - Dairy and PetJob Purpose and Impact:
The Strategic Marketing and Technology Manager - Dairy and Pet will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health business in India and will contribute to strategy and oversee execution of product line activities for a single product.
In this role, you will help design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle and guide a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.
