    We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Lead Inside Sales Executive to be part of our growing inside Sales Team.

    You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for the management to offer our Product, Solutions, and Staff Augmentation services.

    You should be able to meet your daily, weekly quarterly goals and targets. You must be creative in presenting new lead generation solutions to implement throughout the organization. Base salary and lucrative commission structure for the right individual.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Candidate should be well versed and have inside sales experience in Software solutions and Services like Custom Application Development, Data Analytics, Cloud, CRM, QA, Automation, etc.

    Implement plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals for the US and Global markets.
    Candidate should have experience in building, leading, and managing a team of salespeople (Inside Sales) within an organization.

    Publish go-to-market strategy, set up product & service positioning for target Customers and End users to own and achieve Business Revenue goals.

    Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
    Coordinate with the sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos, and trade shows.
    Prepare and Present proposals, Solution Documents, quotations, Construct sales pitches, etc. for prospective clients and lead the Pre-Sales and Post Sales Activities.
    Assist sales through calls, web-based presentations, or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies.
    Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
    Conduct workshops/training for team members to educate on the latest technology products, market trends, etc.
    Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
    Coordinate with the delivery team and ensure successful Project execution.
    Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions on weekly basis.

    Skills and Experience Required:
    Total 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in IT backgroundMust have excellent communication skills.

    Must have a proven track record of selling to IT companiesProven track record in Client Acquisition, Business Development, and generating new leads.

    Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on themSound business judgment and be a self-starter, Individual contributor who works well within a small team environmentStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

    Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    Strong leadership and team-building skills.
