Role Overview:

The AI Engineer at Preplaced will be instrumental in enhancing our platform's and mentors' capabilities using AI technologies. This role involves developing and integrating machine learning pipelines to personalize the mentorship experience, optimize matchmaking between mentees and mentors, and automate key processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build LLMops pipelines / Agents to tailor the mentorship experience to individual user needs.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing platform.
• Analyze user interactions and feedback to continuously improve the AI models.
• Lead the AI initiatives, acting as the technical authority within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote AI-driven innovations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering/Data Science with a strong background in machine learning and AI.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Experience with natural language processing, Generative AI, LLMs and recommendation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.
