    KPI

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media channels, developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, managing client expectations, and writing content.

    1. Team Leadership: Identify trending and new age content styles and collaborate and inspire a team of production & design associates to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

    2. Team Performance: Assessing overall team productivity, efficiency, and output against established goals and benchmarks.

    3. Employee Engagement: Monitoring levels of motivation, satisfaction, and morale within the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

    4. Quality of Work: Evaluating the quality and accuracy of work produced by team members, ensuring it meets established standards and expectations.

    5. Employee Development: Tracking the progress of individual team members in terms of skill development, training, and career growth opportunities.

    a) Identifying new-age opportunities such as AI tools and creating an adaptation plan for the team.

    b) Creating a strong training programme for the team members so that they can upskill.

    6. Time Management: Assessing the ability of team members to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.

    a) Creating & Maintaining important trackers to measure effectiveness of team members.

    b) Maintaining and approving Leaves, Work From Homes, etc. for team members.

    7. Leadership Effectiveness: Evaluating the team's ability to seek guidance, support, and direction from the manager, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

    8. Innovation and Problem-Solving: Assessing the team's ability to innovate, adapt to challenges, and find creative solutions to problems.

    9. Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's goals. Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms. Also to stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to opt performance.­­

    a) Digital Strategy – Work with resources available internally & externally to create growth for brands social media presence. This will be tracked quarterly.

    a. Suggested methods include creating a strong quarterly content plan for brands with a single story approach. And work backwards to create monthly, weekly & daily plans to reach the final goals.

    b. There should be distinctive evolution both in terms of content & visual identity of the brand.

    c. Look for innovation both in terms of content topics and execution style. The same information needs to be passed on to the production & design team to make sure the implementation is correct.

    d. Maintain a content calendar that can be referred to by stakeholders across the organization for easy project executions.

    b) Offline Strategy – Work with brand partner along with resources available internally to create campaigns focused on growing the Perceived Brand Value of the participating clients. This will be tracked monthly internally and quarterly with clients.

    a. Suggested methods include creating multiple executable campaigns revolving around themes of the month, requirements & demands of the brand on product or sell points and create those activations. Work on promotional content on pre, during & post. Create strong amplification strategies on the promotional.

    b. This must be a hard implement. If the client suggests, that we don't want to do couple, or even single offline event every month – we have to create one single large scale offline activation quarterly in lieu of that.

    c. If particularly a brand isn't aware of the possibilities and potential of such activations, it's the key responsibility of the Brand Associate to bring this to their notice for a mutually beneficial growth.

    10. Proactive Leadership: Identify trending and new age content styles and collaborate and inspire a team of production & design associates to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

    11. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    a. Each brand has their own set of deliverables which are closed, looking to execute them within the ambit of that is crucial.

    b. The Brand Manager must be present at brand shoots to ensure adherence to brand ethos and implementation of content strategy plans.

    12. Content Creation: As a Brand Associate, you'll create engaging reels using VN or InShots, embodying the brand ethos. Basic proficiency in Canva is required to enhance visual elements. Responsibilities include conceptualizing content aligned with brand goals, collaborating with the team, and analyzing performance metrics. Your creativity and technical skills will elevate the brand's social media presence and drive meaningful audience engagement.

    a. Such skills come extremely handy during off-plan trending content that pops up. If it's simple enough then being in the position to plan, shoot/design, edit & implementing quickly can be a great asset in the process of participating in the hype.

    13. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement. Create a monthly report for all brands to help identify growths & degrowths.

    14. Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding social media strategy, campaign updates, and performance reports.

    a. Make it a point to meet the client SPOC once a month to understand next months requirements and present the Analytics report. This should ideally be a single agenda meeting and not clubbed with other engagements.

    15. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Decibel Media House remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Social Media Marketing
    • Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Brand Management
    • Background in creative agency is a bonus
    • A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the optimum market expansion
    • Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach;
    • Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Experience in developing content strategies and writing content
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Social Media Platforms
    • Knowledge of creating reels on a dedicated software is a MUST.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
