    Focuses on configuring, customizing, and managing SharePoint sites and document libraries within Microsoft 365.

    Exchange Administrator :
    Manages email services, mailboxes, and communication features within the Exchange Online component of Microsoft 365.

    Teams Administrator :
    Configures and manages Microsoft Teams, including settings, channels, and collaboration features.

    Security Analyst :
    Implements and monitors security measures within Microsoft 365, protecting against threats and ensuring compliance with security policies.

    Power Platform Developer :
    Builds custom applications using Power Apps, automates workflows with Power Automate, and analyzes data with Power BI.

    Compliance Manager :
    Ensures that the organization adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, managing features like eDiscovery and data loss prevention.

    Training Specialist :
    Provides training and support to users, helping them maximize their productivity with Microsoft 365 tools.
