Good connect with National Aggregators and local DSA
Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis.
Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.
Managing Teams productivity through continuous support and mentoring.

*Ensure high level of motivation amongst the team members
*Should be able to set and allocate weekly and monthly targets for the team members
*Should be able to handle team issues and resolve them at the earliest.
*Ensure hiring gaps are minimized and attrition is under control.
*Maintaining channel relationship management, new channels are hired by the team and Ensuring high Channel activation ratio.
*Sales targets are meet on monthly basis with minimum skewness towards month ends.
