- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the immigration or education industry.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and regulations in India.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
