    Job Title: Sales Manager - Aviate Immigration Services

    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of Immigration Counselors and spearhead initiatives to raise awareness about Aviate Immigration Services as a licensed immigration practitioner in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a thorough understanding of immigration processes, and the ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders in the immigration industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor a team of Immigration Counselors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

    Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
    • Initiate and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporations, and other potential partners to promote our immigration services.

    Sales Strategy:

    • Develop comprehensive sales plans and objectives in alignment with company goals and market trends.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Act as a point of contact for escalated client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

    Compliance and Regulations:

    • Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
    • Provide guidance to the team on best practices and ethical conduct in immigration sales and consulting.

    Marketing and Brand Awareness:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the immigration or education industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and regulations in India.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.

    Location: Ahmedabad
