10-15 years of experience in reputed Foundry and Machining industry or with automotive MNC backgroundQuality mind set , Expertise and experience in developing , implementing and maintaining a successfulFamiliar with Quality Core Tools , Seven QC tools , Cost of Poor QualityEffectively monitor the Change Management Process ( 4M changes ) in disciplined wayEnsure that all the inspection activities are done as per standard process ( e.g.control plan, PDI,Work Instruction)Provide quality related feedback for new product development ( e.g.

SPC document, Control plan, PFMEA )Ensure and maintain all the calibration activitiesEnsure preparation and Approval of PPAP document as per customer requirement.
Provide quality related feedback for new product development ( e.g. SPC document, Control plan, PFMEA )Support Supplier quality team to ensure that purchased parts meets the quality requirement.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Technology
