We are seeking a Fresher Tele Caller to join our team and assist with the growth of our business. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
• Provide product/service information to customers over the phone
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of 12th pass
• No prior experience required
• Good communication skills.
• Persuasive and convincing skills to handle customer objections
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
