We are working with a leadingOutsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a Polish Ukrainianor Hebrew speaking Content Moderator and investigator to join theirteams in Lisbon and to support a major technology company thatprovides mobility services vehicle and scooter rentals car sharingand food delivery services.Location: LisbonPortugalEmployment type:FulltimeSchedule: changes weekly 8 hoursshifts with breaks 5 times per week Monday to Sunday24/7Remuneration: BasesalaryDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewgraphic content that has been received from users to ensure that itcomplies with the community guidelines
• Reviewclassify and / or eliminate highly sensitivecontent
• Comply with instructions proceduresrelated and complementary to the role
• Complywith corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling ofcustomer information
• Perform outbound callsduring the investigation to collect proofs of complains fromdrivers and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1C2level of Polish Ukrainian or Hebrew speaking language and B2English both oral and written
• The ability tothrive in a dynamic teamfocused and structuredenvironment
• An ability to make decision basedon rules and policies
