    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business development, manage enterprise accounts, and contribute to company growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development & Hunting: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including identifying and acquiring new logos in the US Market.
    • Enterprise Account Management: Manage existing enterprise accounts, grow share of wallet, and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Sales Goal Setting & Strategy Implementation: Set sales goals and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, and closures.

    Requirements:

    • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to guide customers through the sales process and close deals.
    • IT Sales Expertise: Experience with software solutions, IT services, SaaS solutions.
    • US Market Experience: Must have experience selling to the US Market.
    • Business Development & Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development and enterprise sales.
    • Strategic Thinking & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - ability to work cross-functionally.

    Education & Experience:

    • Qualifications: MBA / B.E / B.Tech from a recognized institution.
    • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in handling US market.
