    Designation- Purchase Engineer

    Location- HBR Layout, Bengaluru

    Education and Experience- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) - 2 to 4 years.

    Salary - upto 4.5 lacs per annum (around Rs 30000 per month)

    Roles and Responsibilities -

    • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
    • To Formulate and implement the raw Material Procurement strategy and establishing methods to achieve targets and resource planning.
    • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
    • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
    • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
    • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor & coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
    • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.
    • Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products based on ABC analysis and XYZ analysis.
    • Source for new parts, alternate Suppliers, or sub-contractors when the need arises.
    • Procure from foreign suppliers with due understanding of import purchase formalities, custom clearances, High Sea sales / purchase.
    • Procure from domestic suppliers with due understanding on interstate material movement, local purchase, e-way bills, job work, stock transfer between branches / warehouse.
    • Preparing monthly MIS reports for monthly purchase review.
    • Maintaining FIFO and others stores management tools for smooth managing of stores activity.
    • Cost Reduction in the form of competitive pricing – component costing, inventory control, payment (Credit) terms
