Qualifications and Skills

• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software

• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to identify project requirements and develop design solutions
• Prepare and present architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to clients
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to achieve project goals
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design
