• An eye for detail, analytical and data oriented with logical problem solving approach'
• To facilitate deployment & assessment of Quality management system ( iQMS) including ISO and CMMi SVC practices
• Driving Best Practice sharing & continuous improvement among the set of assigned accounts
• To ensure that the best in class client satisfaction rating is achieved by leveraging Delivery Excellence initiatives
• Ability to work hands-on and independently with limited supervision
• Drive for results with ownership

Certification:

• Mandatory requirement: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• Added advantage if: Experience in ISO 27001; ISO 20000; ISO 9001:2015, CMMI
