    Job Description:

    As a Recruiter for UK and India recruitment, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and a desire to contribute to our organization's success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the UK and India markets.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the on boarding process for new hires.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection methods.
    • Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
