    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, increase sales pipeline, and nurture our existing database of leads among Fortune 1000 companies in the US market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing programs across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, ABM, email, marketing automation, social media, search and display advertising campaigns, aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
    • Create strong and compelling content that drives engagement and action throughout a customer's digital buying journey.
    • Drive Account Based Marketing programs and campaigns tailored to key accounts in the US market.
    • Integrate lead generation using various channels, including webinars, website, events, digital campaigns, and email.
    • Optimize SEO, A/B testing, website landing pages, CRO, and ROI to improve effectiveness.
    • Review and optimize online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
    • Plan, control, and report on digital marketing budget and spends for different channels.
    • Analyze campaign results, delivering actionable insights and recommendations, and generate weekly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

    Qualifications:

    • 10-15 years of relevant experience in digital marketing for B2B customers in the US market, preferably in a leading global IT organization.
    • Deep understanding of B2B customer marketing best practices and how to engage prospects and customers throughout their journey.
    • Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs at scale for lead generation.
    • Results-oriented and data-driven, with analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and make actionable changes.
    • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and running a modern marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, email automation, ABM tools, and web analytics.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments across website, email, and digital Ad channels.
    • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
    • Highly organized, with good follow-through capabilities, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

    Education:

    MBA in Marketing from a premier institute. Preferably an Engineering degree in graduation.
