- Complete NSCC Fund Option Updates via TA2000 that may involve various facilities, UFILE, USPONSOR, and UFID based on the workflow and request.
- Document actions taken and add supporting documentation to AWD relative to the request.
- Interface with team members to resolve NSCC functionality requests.
- Escalate issue with management to for addressing client issues.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SS&C workflow tools (AWD, Mainframe, TAHUB). Knowledge of NSCC products beneficial.
- Supports mutual fund clients and intermediaries in the set-up of NSCC services at SS&C system level
- Completes mutual fund clients and intermediaries in processing all Managed Process core functions including, but not limited to UFILE Fund and UFID firm updates as well as report review and resolution.
- Responds within required timelines internally to both internal team members regarding NSCC services and provides direction on resolution of issues reported.
- Participates in and leads peer assisted learning opportunities, such as cross-training and collaboration with team.
- Participates in cross-site business contingency planning and related activities if necessary
- Meet all department quality and productivity standards.
- Support UFILE fund file updates
- Completes various NSCC reports via AWD work distribution (R14093, R13836, R5624)
- Support other workflow functions or Quality Control functions as assigned
- Coordinate problem resolution by organizing appropriate actions with internal SS&C groups.
- Perform other duties as requested by departmental management.
