    Role andResponsibilities:
    As a Team Leader in fieldsales you will be responsible for managing the overall functioningof the sales team. Your key duties willinclude:
    • Developing and executing strategicsales plans to expand the company s customer base and strengthenits presence in the market.
    • Achieving growthand meeting sales targets by effectively managing the team andassessing their strengths andweaknesses.
    • Organizing sales visits forexisting leads identifying and selling to potential prospects andmaintaining strong client relationships to buildbusiness.
    • Identifying new businessopportunities through the discovery of potential channels andpartnerships.
    • Establishing contact andnurturing relationships with prospects as well as recommending andupselling appropriate solutions.
    • Providingsupport information and guidance to clients and suggestingimprovements to enhance profitability andservices.
    • Managing the sales process usingspecific softwareprograms.

    CandidateQualifications:
    We are seeking a candidatewith a proven track record in sales along with strong leadershipand communication skills. An ideal applicant should hold a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field with atleast 5 years of experience in salesmanagement.
