    Operations Head:

    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Head to join Rozana.

    Rozana is one of India's fastest growing Rural Commerce platforms that leverages Tech and Data Science to cater to unique local demands.


    As an operations Head, Your role will involve managing a large team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless product delivery to rural areas.


    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with senior management to contribute to the development of business plans and growth initiatives.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across all operational functions.
    • Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

    Team Leadership:

    • Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, promoting professional development and high performance.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Act as a liaison between operational teams and senior management.

    Resource Management:

    • Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and technology, to meet operational demands.
    • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and efficiency.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and maintain quality standards for operational processes and services.
    • Implement measures to monitor and enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of operational processes.
    • Regularly analyze and report on performance, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
    • Develop and maintain contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.

    Technology Integration:

    • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's operations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successful leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
