    Nav Tech Electronics has beenproviding Engineering services to the Automotive Industry in thefield of ADAS Electrification and Battery Management which are bothdriving rapid changes in Vehicle Architecture and revolutionizingthe last mile mobility space.

    We are seeking an experienced SeniorSoftware Qualification Testing Engineer with a strongbackgroundin cybersecurity testing and aminimum of 5 years of experience in software qualification testing.

    The idealcandidate will have expertise inconducting cybersecurity tests and utilizing tools such as VTestStudioCANoe and CAPL. Additionallyexperience with HardwareintheLoop (HIL) testing andsimulationenvironments isrequired.


    JobDescriptionResponsibilities:


    Develop and execute comprehensive software qualification test plansand test cases focusing oncybersecurityaspects to ensure the security and reliability of automotivesoftware systems.

    Conduct penetrationtesting vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to identifypotentialrisks and vulnerabilities inautomotive software systems. Utilizecybersecurity testing tools such as VTest Studio CANoe and CAPL todesign implementand automate testscenarios. Perform HardwareintheLoop (HIL)testing to validate software functionality insimulatedenvironments and ensure seamlessintegration with hardware components.
    Collaborate closely with software developers system architects andcybersecurity experts todefine testingrequirements strategies and priorities.
    Analyze test results and cybersecurity findings and generatedetailed reports to communicatetestingstatus vulnerabilities and recommended actions tostakeholders. Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to address and resolve identified issuesensuring thesecurity and integrity ofautomotive software systems. Participate insimulationbased testing activities to validate software performanceand functionalityunder different operatingconditions and scenarios. Mentor juniortesting engineers providing technical guidance on cybersecuritytesting practicestools andtechniques. Stay updated with the latestcybersecurity threats attack vectors and industry best practicesandincorporate them into testingmethodologies and processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Electrical Engineeringor related field. 5 to 8 years of experiencein software qualification testing with a strong focus oncybersecuritytesting in the automotivedomain. Strong understanding ofcybersecurity principles concepts andmethodologies. Proficiency in usingcybersecurity testing tools such as VTest Studio CANoe andCAPL. Experience with HardwareintheLoop(HIL) testing and simulation environments.
    Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g. CAN LINEthernet) and diagnosticprotocols (e.g. UDSOBDII). Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with meticulous attention todetail.
