- Provide detailed weekly and monthly spend reports to MarCom managers to monitor monthly expenditure to budget and forecast
- Manage monthly period forecasting process with Global MarCom and Finance stakeholders per scheduled month end close dates
- Manage and issue standard requisitions and blanket purchase orders
- Receive and process invoices (via SAP and Medius) for multiple MarCom cost centers
- Coordinate amortized and prepayment spend with Finance teams
- Submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable and coordinate with AP on any discrepancies and issues with payments
- Set up new vendors within financial systems
- Ensure SOX compliance with regards to PO and invoice approvals
- Record all spend for North America and Global based accounts on a 4-4-5 timing.
- Manage Translations process from request for quote through the publishing of finalized materials.
- Lead team meetings (status, resource, etc.) to ensure all projects are delivering to deadline.
- Monitor and drive projects through the workflow to ensure processes are followed and team is meeting all deadlines.
- Manage projects that support multiple lines of business working directly with Product MarCom and Product Management to meet all deadlines.
- Relevant university degree within communications or marketing and/or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience with ERP software - SAP, Medius, Oracle, Sage, etc.
- 5+ years of experience with workflow/project management tools – Wrike, Workday, Jira, Asana, etc.
- 5+ years of project management experience with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- PMP certification a plus but not required
- No travel requirements for this position
