This is a part-time remote role for a User Experience Designer at InzpireU. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying Design Thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, prototyping, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design user-centric solutions.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating visually appealing interfaces
• Experience in User Experience (UX) design and creating impactful user experiences
• Ability to prototype and iterate on designs to optimize user interactions
  

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience with user testing and usability testing
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
