    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Payrollcloud. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the company's growth and development initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
    • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Provide HR-related reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.


    Requirements:

    1-2 years of experience in HR management or related roles.

    Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
