    Description

    Overview:

    The BackOffice Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation of the administrative tasks within the organization. Theyare responsible for managing the daytoday administrative activitiessupporting various departments and ensuring efficient communicationwithin the back office.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Coordinateadministrative tasks and support variousdepartments
    • Manage and organize back officeoperations
    • Assist in data entry and recordmaintenance
    • Handle communications andcorrespondence
    • Ensure efficient documentationand filing systems
    • Support staff in dailyadministrative tasks
    • Monitor office suppliesand place orders when necessary
    • Assist inorganizing and scheduling appointments andmeetings
    • Handle and redirect inquiries andrequests
    • Adhere to company policies andregulations
    • Participate in office meetings andcontribute to improvements
    • Assist in onboardingnew employees
    • Generate reports andpresentations
    • Ensure data security andconfidentiality
    • Perform general officeduties

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Proven workexperience as a back office coordinator or in a similarrole
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Exceland Word)
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills
    • Ability to workindependently and prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge ofoffice management systems andprocedures
    • Associate s or Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
    • Experience with office equipment (e.g.printers and scanners)
    • Basic accountingknowledge is a plus
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
    • Familiarity with basic HR functionsis advantageous
    • Strong typing and data entryskills
    • Ability to adapt and learn newtechnologies and systems
    • Flexibility andwillingness to take on varioustasks
