    Description

    We are recruiting a Business Development Manager having flare in Architecture & Interior design who will be responsible for acquisition of HHNI & HNI clientele for commercial, Residential (Luxury apartments), Independent Villas, Hospitality & Public Amenities projects.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    • To develop business throughout India & UAE


    • Identify and develop new customers and additional revenue streams.


    • Actively participate in sourcing and tendering of potential local and national contracts.


    • Establish & maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients


    • Build and maintain contact with key client personnel.


    • Identify high-potential areas and key growth drivers and implement suitable strategies to bring about the ambitious organic growth of the organization.


    • To take an active role in the business planning cycle and contribute to the continued growth and commercial success of the business.


    • To take full responsibility for the timely and market-competitive submission of BOQ as per customer requirements.


    • Develop Marketing strategies and utilize suitable tools such as advertisements, exhibitions, etc to showcase the company's services.


    • Be a key team player and work in conjunction with the TEAM to steer the company towards a leadership position in the industry.


    • Identify new business opportunities and competitors moves that may require new strategies or revisions in the business plan.


    • Ensure clients have a positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post-deal process


    • To act effectively as a team player with company management /colleagues taking a proactive role in improving overall company performance


    • You will represent the company in the market and build an industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.


    • You will build a robust business strategy to get new clientele which will help us to meet business targets.


    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Present our company's offerings and capabilities in a compelling manner to win their confidence and trust.


    • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific requirements of target clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.


    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and track its activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on performance and projections.


    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections, raise brand awareness, and stay abreast of industry developments and opportunities.

    Requirements / Eligibility Criteria


    • Degree in Business Management or Similar. MBA Candidates can also apply.


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interiors / Architecture / Event Management.


    • Leadership Qualities, positive work ethics and attitude


    • Should have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "DESIGN & BUILD" services for all the spaces.


    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.


    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.


    • Deep understanding of the commercial, Residential & hospitality projects in the interior design and construction industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.


    • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.


    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and drive business growth.


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.

    • • Pro efficiency in languages English & Hindi -Additional language will be an asset.
