    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our purchasing activities and ensure that all procurement processes are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required by the company. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain optimization, and inventory control.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement and vendor management
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
    • Experience with inventory management and purchasing software
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and requirements

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing
    • Identify and source reliable suppliers and negotiate the best prices and terms
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance
    • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and provide guidance and support
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations
    • Optimize inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
    • Manage and resolve any purchasing-related issues or disputes
    • Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and implement appropriate corrective actions
