Job Description:

• Prior experience working with Private Equity firms in North America & consistent track record in expanding accounts.
• Account management for key Private Equity firms and achievement of crucial business metrics, ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Nurturing client relationships to comprehend requirements and expectations, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Planning and projecting resource needs including resource allocation, recruitment, and performance management, as well as overseeing salary administration.
• Collaborating with senior management across various business units to collectively drive projects and process enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Leading a project to standardize and automate financial statements organization-wide. Reviewing client resource billing to ensure accuracy of invoices issued to funding sources and cost centers.
• Facilitated cross-functional teamwork to enhance team motivation and keep members aligned with challenging company objectives.

Educational Qualifications: Any degree with practical experience (Presales/Sales with Private Equity)
