Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to monitor the administrative, operational, and technical aspects of our centre, with a focus on ensuring smooth functioning and optimum capacity utilization.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client programme records and other necessary documents, ensuring correct software entries and informing the corporate office as required.
Regularly monitor client progress, organizing meetings with departments to resolve concerns and interacting personally with clients who require additional support or technical inputs from R&D.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for zero sessions, coordinating with R&D and corporate office as needed.

Liaison and Communication:

Maintain liaison between the centre and corporate office, facilitating knowledge transfer and technical inputs to centre staff.
Stay up-to-date on regional obesity and beauty-related research, sharing relevant information with R&D and implementing corporate policies in the centre.
Coordinate with zonal head and corporate office for stock availability and equipment maintenance.

Executions and Compliance:

Ensure centres achieve qualitative and quantitative executions as specified by corporate, following service delivery parameters set by R&D.
Coordinate with R&D for guidance and conduct periodic technical audits and reviews to check compliance with SOPs.

Trainings:

Identify training needs of staff and inform R&D, including skills gap analysis and other areas requiring improvement.
Ensure compliance with training nomination SOP, including mandatory signing of training agreements and feedback forms.

Key Performance Indicators:

Achieve optimal capacity utilization and quality service delivery.
Ensure correct and timely documentation of client records.
Monitor client progress and provide support as needed.
Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
