    Description

    Job Duties

    • The job requires a daily commute to meet clients located at different locations.
    • Visit the head office and plant site and convince purchase officers and management for sales.
    • Communicate and implement the Client's vision, mission, and overall sales direction.
    • Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a self-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Achieve predetermined Monthly sales targets.
    • Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through his skill and network.
    • Generated leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coal sales.
    • Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, and credit.
    • Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and execute selling parameters that conform to SMs SOPs.
    • Preparation and submission of proposals with the support of the backend
    • Achieving technical and commercial closure with clients.
    • Attending and closing client negotiations
    • Possess knowledge and ability to interact with sub-vendors / suppliers
    • Conduct presentations at client premises
    • Support the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements about sales orders.
    • After receiving training, report daily tasks in CRM, CCR, sales order processing, inquiries, party allocation, operational CRM, and other online sales-tracking tools.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients.
    • Can get work orders from respective clients (related to industries that use coal as a fuel source).
    • Differentiate sales pitch and strategy for Industrial, Corporate, and SME clients/leads.
    • Coordinate actively within the sales department to fulfill and execute coal sales.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Do problem-solving for unloading on client-site
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Travel to meet with designated clients and attend industry-specific events
    • Build network/contacts with purchase/procurement persons of various industries of Distilleries, cement plants, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles, paper mills, sugar mills, and others
    • Staying up to date with local government regulations and experience in handling a team are mandatory requirements.
