- Own, optimize, and improve conversion rates across all digital marketing channels.

- Undertake quick experimentation and iterate faster to identify an optimal mix for digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive growth in OneReach.AI's LinkedIn and social media presence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, with at least five years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
- At least five years of experience running demand/lead generation campaigns across paid digital marketing/performance marketing channels for large- and medium-sized enterprises, ideally across the US, Western Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Good understanding of paid digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics, capability of building and executing comprehensive campaign strategies to drive SQL and ARR/revenue growth.
- Analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms for measuring outcomes against KPIs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter who can experiment and iterate fast for new initiatives.
