Overview:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Create captivatingand innovative design solutions for both digital and printplatforms
• Collaborate with marketing andcontent teams to produce visually appealing materials such asbrochures logos andadvertisements
• Conceptualize and execute designconcepts that align with brand guidelines
• Stayupdated with industry trends and incorporate best practices indesign work
• Manage multiple design projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines
• Support thedevelopment of visual elements for websites social media and emailcampaigns
• Ensure consistency and quality acrossall designs
• Work closely with stakeholders tounderstand design requirements and translate them into visuallyappealing concepts
• Participate in brainstormingsessions and contribute creative ideas to theteam
• Conduct thorough research to gatherinspiration and enhance designconcepts
• Collaborate with external vendors andagencies for design projects as needed
• Assistin the photo editing and retouching process asrequired
• Adhere to project timelines andeffectively communicate progress to relevantteams
• Monitor and provide support for printingand production processes
• Stay abreast of designsoftware updates and industryadvancements

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelor s degree inGraphic Design Visual Arts or relevantfield
• Proven experience as a graphic designeror similar role
• Demonstrated portfolioshowcasing creative and innovative designwork
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Strongunderstanding of typography color theory and layoutprinciples
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills
• Ability to takeconstructive feedback and integrate it into designprojects
• Knowledge of current design trends andbest practices
• Detailoriented with a keen eyefor visual aesthetics
• Experience in bothdigital and print design
• Ability to managemultiple projects and prioritize taskseffectively
• Familiarity with web designprinciples and UX/UI concepts
• Understanding ofprepress and printing processes
• Proficiency inphoto editing and retouching tools
• Strong timemanagement skills and ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment
