Sr. Production Executive

This role is responsible for:

Ensuring production as per schedule while maintaining a safe, peaceful and productive work environment

Ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement

Detailed Responsibilities

Managing Others:

Look after production workers concerns and escalate to management whenever required to ensure peaceful, motivated and productive work environment

Manage attendance and performance of production workers. Give constructive feedback and recognition to the workers whenever required to optimize performance

Coordinate with production workers to meet quality and quantity commitments. Lead execution and take accountability for meeting the production schedule

Analyze equipment conditions regularly to avoid breakdown and perform preventive maintenance whenever required, to maintain smooth operations

Assist in developing/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and train production workers regularly on the same

Take immediate action to eliminate improper production practices or hazardous conditions to ensure safety

Update production data in the ERP regularly

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

Ensure workers hygiene & discipline and reduce raw and packing materials wastage

Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving

Send Timesheet (Daily) and Weekly Production Report (every Friday or Saturday) to supervisor, showing plan for coming week, progress from running week (i.e. key activities performed, time spent on each), etc.
