Senior Executive Payroll Position JD

tata-electronics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to lead our Payroll Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, monitoring and controlling all aspects of Payroll Operations, maintaining operational requirements as per company policy and ensuring the highest standards are maintained in areas of Employee satisfaction.

• Manage the payroll process for over 5,000 on-roll employees and 20,000 contract employees (Vendor Payroll).
• Maintain the complete payroll database and MIS reports, ensuring real-time online data within the HRIS System.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs for processing.
• Cross-verify employee salary breakups and prepare pay structures, incentives, CTC enhancements, and other variable pays.
• Serve as the checker, ensuring 100% error-free deliverables by verifying input vs. output registers done by the payroll vendor.
• Handle full and final settlements for exit employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department for salary release processes.
• Share statutory liabilities reports, including PF, ESIC & PT, with the statutory/Finance team for remittance on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
• Conduct payroll audits and Sox Compliance, handling both internal and external customers according to audit trails and standards.
• Resolve employee queries and problems related to salary, leave, incentives, reimbursement, and other deductions & earnings.
