Anticipating competitor behavior through data analysis to keep check on market trends.
Contingency Planning.
Ceating high perception story lines for the brands.
Persuasion-To persuade team members to orient their mindset towards gaining leadership and moving from Good to Great.

Role :
Brand ManagementIdentifying new avenues to develop brand portfolio


Key Responsibilities :
Designing product strategies and ensuring timely execution.
Driving Brand portfolio in alignment with the division's vision.
Managing the expenses / Strategy for ROI.New launch proposal.
Coordination with sales team to ensure strategy implementation.
Specifying market requirements for current & future products by conducting market research.
Designing promotional plan, promotional activities.
Training, motivating and guiding the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
Continuous evaluation of scope of new launches in the segment.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.
Coordinating with different departments for smooth running of business.
