Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team for an oil and gas project in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of extensive experience in oil and gas projects, with a deep understanding of both greenfield and brownfield construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders and project teams.
• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary project aspects, including civil, mechanical, and electrical components, to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
• Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify and address any issues or deviations promptly.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Manage field operations, including resource allocation, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and site safety protocols, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in oil and gas projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in greenfield and brownfield construction environments.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, with in-depth knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in client interfacing, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
• Sound technical knowledge of oil and gas industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
