    • Recruitment and selectionprocesses
    • Compensation and benefitsmanagement
    • Performance management andreviews
    • Training and developmentinitiatives
    • Ensuring compliance with legal andmarket requirements
    • Maintaining and updating HRdocumentation and records
    • Administrative taskssuch as paperwork and coordination withauthorities
    • Visa processing and travelarrangements
    • Continuous improvement ofadministrativeprocesses
    CandidateQualifications:To besuccessful in this role you shouldhave:
    • Several years of experience inHR with a focus on union negotiations
    • Strongknowledge of HR practices andprocedures
    • Ability to work independently andpropose innovative solutions
    • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills
    • Strong communication and interpersonalabilities
