Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in non-litigation legal matters.
• Excellent knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in non-litigation legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
• Manage legal compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in negotiations and settle disputes amicably.
• Provide legal support and guidance on various business matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay informed about changes in legal requirements and industry trends.
• Handle any legal documentation and administrative tasks as required.
