- GNM or equivalent qualification
- Registered as a Nurse Midwife
- 1 to 3 years of experience in midwifery
- Strong knowledge and skills in antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Ability to handle childbirth emergencies with confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion towards pregnant women and their families
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping
- Knowledge of current midwifery practices and evidence-based care
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to pregnant women
- Assist with childbirth and ensure the safety and well-being of both the mother and baby
- Educate and support women and their families regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care
- Implement and follow standard protocols and guidelines for midwifery care
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
