Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our M&A Tax team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of post-qualification experience and have worked in a Big 4 (M&A Tax / Transaction Advisory team).
The role involves driving M&A transactions end-to-end, decoding laws and regulations, creating impactful presentations and due diligence reports.
