- Manage and close all incoming inquiries on each platform; Phone, Email, Live chat - Amazing Web, FB, Insta, Lead agents, Deal sites
- Perform sales consultations over the phone & zoom
- Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups, and Close Sales
- Lead nurturing & scheduling appointments
- CRM; enter, track & update leads and prospects on a daily basis
- Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information
- Actively seek out referrals from existing customers & new appointments
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customer
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
