    Talent Sourcer/Recruiter

    We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Global Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Global TA team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. You will collaborate closely with our HR partners and hiring managers to find the best talent for our currently open positions and to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline that aligns with our strategic business objectives.

    You Will:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to identify and attract passive and active candidates across various geographies and industries.
    • Conduct in-depth research to map out target markets, industries, and organizations to identify potential candidates.
    • Proactively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
    • Partner with HR partners and hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with each role's requirements.
    • Leverage data and analytics to track sourcing metrics, report on progress, and identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.
    • Engage in direct outreach to prospective candidates, building and maintaining relationships to nurture long-term pipelines.
    • Collaborate with the employer branding team to create compelling messaging and content that resonates with potential candidates.
    • Assist with initial candidate assessments and screenings to ensure a strong fit before passing candidates to recruiters for further evaluation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

    You Have:

    Knowledge & Abilities

    • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage with candidates effectively.
    • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably on a global scale.
