As a Backend Lead, you will collaborate closely with our front-end application developers, contributing to the design of backend components, and implementing robust data storage and protection solutions. Your expertise in both server-side and client-side software development will be pivotal in driving the success of our projects.

Job Description:

• Identify and comprehend technical solutions and architectural decisions within the project.
• Assume accountability for the quality of delivered work, ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Serve as a mentor to fellow Engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and facilitating the team's ongoing growth and enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive test suites to ensure that all functionalities outlined in the design are met.
• Ensure seamless interaction between server-side code and databases.
• Implement highly resilient code capable of delivering exceptional performance to end-users.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in frameworks, particularly in developing scalable and efficient backend solutions.
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and data manipulation.
• Expertise in AWS Lambda, with a solid understanding of serverless architecture and deployment.
• Thorough understanding of AWS Lambda's concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong grasp of software development best practices, including testing methodologies, version control, and code documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading backend development projects, from conception to deployment, while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
